REFUND POLICY:
Once a player has accepted a roster spot on one of our teams, Balance Lacrosse will not
offer a refund and all payments are final.
​If a player sustains an injury prior to our season, you must provide a doctor’s note stating
that the player is unable to compete for the entire season due to the nature of the injury,
Balance Lacrosse will place a credit on the player’s profile for future seasons.
In the event a player sustains an injury during Balance Lacrosse play season and the player
is prohibited from participating in the remainder of the season, a doctors note must be
provided, and a pro-rated credit based on time participated will be added to the players
profile for future teams, tournaments, and/or clinics.
​Team placement deposits and installments are final and non-refundable.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Balance Lacrosse strives to create an environment where our female lacrosse players can thrive in mentally and physically. Anything that goes against our mission is a violation of our program’s code of conduct.
All Balance Lacrosse players, parents, staff and supporting fans are expected to treat our own players, opposing players, our staff, opposing coaches, opposing fans, referees, and tournament staff with respect. With our program revolving around person before player, we must embody that during all practices, team events, and tournaments by respecting the game of lacrosse and everyone it involves.
Balance Lacrosse will not under any circumstances entertain bad sportsmanship, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse, assault, or racism both within our program and when encountering opponents. We aim to recognize that these players are children, and we want to create an environment that is safe for them. We also encourage players and parents to recognize that participating in club lacrosse is a privilege and not a right.
Any action taken on behalf of our players, staff, and parents that combats our code of conduct is subject to removal from our program. If an event like this were to occur, it will be taken under review by our staff until we decide the best course of action for our entire program in mind.
